The SJ Research BEN (Bridge Econet Nexus) is a bridge between an Econet network and a Nexus network.

SJ Research was a British company specializing in networking solutions for Acorn’s RISC OS computers during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Their signature product, the Nexus network, was created to overcome the limitations of Acorn’s Econet system, particularly its slow file-transfer rates.

More information about the SJ Research BEN, including internal pictures, is available here.
